The 2025 Maintenance Session will take place at the Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana. The key dates for your planning are:

April 30 Early Parking Day
May 1 Arrival Day
May 2 MS Opening Session
May 7 MS Closing Dinner
May 8 Departure Day

MS Committee Chairpersons may schedule the arrival of their teams on or before Early Parking Day.
