The 2025 Maintenance Session will take place at the Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana. The key dates for your planning are:

  • April 30 Early Parking Day
  • May 1 Arrival Day
  • May 2 MS Opening Session
  • May 7 MS Closing Dinner
  • May 8 Departure Day
MS Committee Chairpersons may schedule the arrival of their teams on or before Early Parking Day.
